Business Manager

The Business Manager (or Facility Manager) allows the maintenance of data related to the contracted services (from here on called "businesses") of the Organization. Each business is represented as an entity, meaning it is active data that can have controls, relationships, be subject to risk analysis and documentary requirements.

Through the installation of related components, the system adapts to the activities undertaken by the Organization.

One of the salient features of this module is that the business information is kept closely related to contacts thus making the natural daily operation contribute to building an interconnecting network between businesses and contacts on which the advanced modules are installed. It even allows you to structure the chain of owners of each corporate contact to reach the physical individuals.

The ability to integrate Cams with other systems offers the possibility to access data on contracts, billing statements, etc.

At Contacts level, as with Businesses, the possibility of saving visits and other instances of communication is available. These can be classified according to the parameters of the Organization and its need to generate reports for statistical or monitoring purposes.

This module has a group of predefined reports that accompany the daily activity and support the tasks of supervision.

The Business Manager can incorporate an image manager. This feature allows you to attach files to facilitate daily operations such as a copy of the rights and equity securities issued by a company
