Contact Manager

The contact is the central body of the model used by the Cams system and refers to people (individual contacts) and companies (corporate contacts) that actually exist.

The main objective of this module is to centralize contact information and structure it in an efficient, orderly and maintainable way, allowing the representation of trade and commercial relations between the contacts.

A contact can be created at an early stage of the relationship, while not yet a customer of the Organization. As the relationship develops, the contact information can be increased and maintained in a single record, independent of the sector of the Organization which is handling the relationship at this time.

At contact level, as with Facilities, it is possible to record visits and other instances of communication. These can be classified according to the parameters of the Organization and its need to generate reports for statistical or monitoring purposes.
