Contracts

Based on the documents module, a contracts module was built which keeps a history of the relationship with customers and automates repetitive operations such as billing monthly, quarterly, annually or as often as desired. It is possible to enter one or more contracts for a client and associate one or more documents as templates to indicate the frequency with which the actual documents must be generated (monthly, quarterly, etc.). Then every month it is possible, through a process, to generate the actual documents that apply according to intervals indicated, permitting the automation of, for example billing services, account maintenance or periodic payment agreed in the contract with the customer. The contracts, as with each of the included templates, also have a flow of states that allow the information to be entered by an operator and the review and confirmation by a supervisor thus being able to also ensure a process of double checking on these admissions.
